- 1991 - Randy Shayotovich starts helping a friend with a kiosk in the Columbia Mall during the holiday season.
- 1992 - The following year Randy Shayotovich & Priya Rayadurg open their first kiosk "The Top Shop" at The Towson Town Center.
- 1994 - Randy Shayotovich & Priya Rayadurg open the "Tie Dye Daze" kiosk at The Towson Town Center.
- 1997 - The Tie Dye Daze concept is refined and becomes the first Cloud 9 Clothing store at The Towson Town Center.
- 1999 - Cloud 9 Clothing opens as a pop up store at White Marsh Mall for the holiday shopping season.
- 2002 - The second Cloud 9 Clothing location opens on 36th Street, better known as "The Avenue", in Hampden.
- 2003 - Cloud 9 Clothing store number three opens at the newly redeveloped Can Company in Canton.
- 2004 - The original Towson Town Center Cloud 9 Clothing store relocates to Belvedere Square.
- 2007 - In April the Hampden Cloud 9 Clothing store relocates to the newly developed Charles Village shopping district.
- 2007 - In July Cloud 9 Clothing store number four opens at the Rockville Town Square
- 2010 - Cloud 9 Clothing open store number five at the Annapolis Harbour Center.
- 2010 - In September of that same year Cloud 9 Clothing moves their Belvedere Square store to the Shops at Kenilworth.
